By ordering a commission you agree to follow my TOS
✦ General ✦
⋆ Prices might change in the future.
⋆ I have the right to reject any order without having to justify myself.
⋆ I have the right to ask for another reference.
⋆ Please make sure that your reference or description is as clear as possible at the start.
⋆ NFTs, AI, tracing and claiming my work as your own are absolutely NOT allowed.
✦ Process✦
⋆ I will let you know when I start with your commission and if I have to pause on it for any reason.
⋆ While I'm working, I will make reviews with you to make sure it's exactly what you paid for.
⋆ You can ask for reviews and wips anytime. Be mindful of the maximum amount of major revisions.
⋆ I will give updates on each stage of your comm, only upon approval I will move to the next stage.
⋆ Maximum time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week - 1 month depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work, etc.
⋆ Once the piece is finished, you will receive the full-resolution image, you can ask for small variants like filters or compressed versions. Note that there is no physical product.

⋆ Commissions will be paid full upfront.
⋆ I will prioritize clients who paid first.
⋆ Payment via KOFI.
⋆ Payment via PayPal will only be accepted for trusted ones.
✦ Cancellation & Refunds ✦
⋆ You're not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.
⋆ If Im unable to start your commission within 3 months, you can ask for a full refund.
⋆ If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
⋆ If you're not satisfied with the piece, I will not give refunds or redo the piece. I can make changes if there's been any misunderstanding or mistake from my side.
✦ Revisions ✦
⋆ 3x free Major Revisions on the early sketching stages (such as another pose or composition).
⋆ A fee will be added for a major revision on the final stages/result of your commission.
⋆ If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved on past the drafting and any stage we've passed, I will charge you a fee to change it.

⋆ I have the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
⋆ The artwork belongs to me. Therefore i'm allowed to use and post them everywhere online.
⋆ All copyrights to the art, sketches, concepts and final artwork shall forever remain in my ownership.
⋆ I will NOT claim your OCS as my own, and I will state it is a commissioned piece.
⋆ I will NOT profit your commissioned piece further unless you break one or any of my terms.
⋆ You are absolutely NOT allowed to use the work in blockchain tokenization, a.k.a. NFTs.
⋆ Any of my art CANNOT be used in any AI / machine learning purposes.
⋆ You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social media platforms with the watermarked artwork I provided and credit to my work.
⋆ You are NOT allowed to make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, adoptables, etc.)
⋆ You are NOT allowed to trace or modify the commissioned artwork and claim it as your work.
⋆ Use the artwork on your YouTube channel and or monetized content, is allowed as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings and the propper credit is given.✦ The following is considered copyright infringement: ✦⋆ Feeding it to AI.
⋆ Claiming the artwork as your own.
⋆ Altering the artwork without my consent.
⋆ Removing my signature from the artwork
⋆ Reproducing and using the copyrighted artwork commercially. Means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms and / or use the work in blockchain tokenization, a.k.a. NFTs.
